Prof. Dr. Eng. Moustafa Mohamed El-Gammal is Emeritus Professor, Faculty of Engineering University of Alexandria, Egypt and Consultant Engineer, Marine Approved Surveyor. He is in the Who’s Who, International Encyclopedia, Science and Engineering, 2006/2007. Also he has been nominated as one of the 21st Scientists of the World, IBC-International Biographical Cambridge Research Centre–2007. He has been granted the 2009 the Distinguished Maintenance Engineer OMAINTEC-Saudi Arabian Operation and Maintenance Institute Prize as well as the 2009 Hariri Foundation Arab Award. He was the Ex- Head of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering Department, Alexandria University and the Ex Head of the 8th Committee of Professorships and Associates- Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities. He was Principal Research Officer at the B.S.R.A. Wallsend Research Station, UK. He offers consultancy work in variety of engineering fields such as risk integrity and management, corrosion and means of protection system designs, and offers Technical Advices for very high reputable Companies and Scientific Technical Maintenance Engineering Establishments in the Middle East and elsewhere.
