Would you hire someone that could increase shareholder value by maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of your machine lubrication program ? In addition, this person knows how to break down silos, empower employees to feel engaged enough to embrace task and machine ownership and constant imrovement.Of course you would. Would you still hire that person if they had never been to college ?
