Workshop overview: What is the effective learning from incidents? Take a look at lessons from disaster. Which are the barriers to learning from incidents and accidents? Principles for effective learning. Assessing the key processes, tools and value of sharing and learning from incidents and live examples. Attend this workshop to:
  • Learn the in-depth understanding of past incidents
  • Discuss the root causes of these incidents
  • Address how companies used the lessons to improve current practices and include how emergency response plans and procedures are put in place

10:30 am - 11:00 am Morning break and networking

Workshop overview: Learn the best methodology for adopting the principles while prioritising safety, reflecting learnings into the codes and procedures, and allowing for transparency and accurate reporting. Understand what MoC techniques have been used by IOCs and NOCs to ensure these principles are adopted effectively without creating new risks. Attend this workshop to:
  • Understand what is the purpose of Management Of Change (MoC)
  • Learn about the steps for an effective change management process
  • Hear about the cost-benefit analysis of Change Management
