Robert Ratchinsky

After graduating from the University of Victoria in Canada, Rob broke into the O&G industry with Anadarko Petroleum. He spent the better part of a decade working business development and asset planning before leaving to partner up and run his own leadership and efficiency consulting firm, Engage Management. His consultant teams were primarily focused on drilling operations both onshore and off. After the industry crashed in 2014 he Co Founded Engage Mobilize, a digital field management software suite that leverages data collected at field level transaction, to develop applied analytics and predictive modeling. Currently he spends all of his time growing this new enterprise as CEO, where he looks to leave his stamp on digitizing the energy space
