five years, expected CAPEX on FLNG units will total $42 billion – a 172%
increase compared to the total expenditure of $15.5 billion from 2013-2018.
With four FLNG projects currently in commercial operations and the technology
finally moving towards commercial viability, the market is now ready for the
second wave of FLNG projects as global LNG demand is set to create deficit by
2020.
