Shinsuke Umada

General Manager, FSRU & LNG Solutions MOL (Asia Oceania)

Shinsuke Umada is currently General Manager of FSRU business development in MOL (Asia Oceania) which is 100% subsidiary arm of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd (“MOL”) in Singapore. His responsibility is to develop floating LNG receiving terminal projects in Asia/Oceania/ME region. he has focused on the LNG marine transportation industry since 2010, and has more than 6 year experience in working for development of floating LNG receiving terminal projects and gas-to-power projects across various part of the world. Today he is the project manager for a FSRU based LNG receiving terminal project in India. Shinsuke Umada has graduated the University of Tokyo and holds a bachelor’s degree.
