• Currently Maintenance Manager of Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) one of the largest Oil Refinery in Gulf region. Wide ranging experience spanning 26 years since 1991 in different Divisions of Maintenance Department of Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery. Familiar and well versed with various Maintenance Management practices. Key Achievements include handling several Major Refinery Turnarounds, Gas Plant Shutdowns, Maintenance Services Contracts Management, adopting latest Technology for Maintenance & Trouble shooting of various Stationary / Rotating Equipment in Refinery, Implementing Plant Reliability, Integrity and Maintenance excellence “PRIME” program, Establishing Remote access facility to GE Bentley Nevada System 1 for continuous monitoring of critical equipment, Upgrading Mechanical seals to API 682 for Pumps to improve Mean time Between failure (MTBF) and establishing contract for Optimization of Online Vibration Monitoring System.
