Mr. Eyad Al-Basrawi (Past Speaker)

Eyad A. Al-Basrawi is the Director of Corporate Maintenance Services in Saudi Aramco providing strategic direction to elevate maintenance and reliability performance within the fully integrated, global petroleum and chemicals enterprise and a world leader in supplying energy to the world. Also, he is the General Secretary for Saudi Aramco Maintenance Council. Eyad holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals 2000 that was followed by perusing and completing his MBA degree and Executive Diploma in Human Resources Eyad’s career spans over 17 years in reliability engineering, contracting admiration, Materials Supply Chain, turnaround management, project coordination, and leadership. He represents Saudi Aramco in the Arabian Gulf National Oil Companies Production and Maintenance Committee which facilitates the exchange of knowledge among the major oil and gas producers of the world. He is the Publicity Chairman and the Speakman of Gulf Society for Maintenance & Reliability (GSMR), Eyad is a board member in King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals “Center of Excellence in Maintenance” and he is an active member in Maintenance & Production Section under Saudi Council of Engineers. Eyad delivered many technical papers (reginal and international) in the field of maintenance and reliability and introduced many best practices.
