HOT Engineering & Construction Co., KSCC (HOTECC) was established in 1974, as one of the pioneer multi-disciplined Engineering Construction & Maintenance companies for Oil & Gas/Industrial, Civil Infrastructure, Building Construction, Heavy Equipment Rental, Non-Destructive Testing and other Technical Services in the State of Kuwait. Over the years, HOTECC has earned a reputable record of accomplishments for successful execution of numerous projects.

Oil & Gas / Industrial

Oil & Gas / Industrial division is one of the core operations divisions of HOT Engineering & Construction Co. Oil & Gas / Industrial Division operating in the fields of industrial contracting, oil and power sector construction, industrial maintenance, etc. with capability of meeting the challenges of technology, quality conformance and customer satisfaction, while ensuring cost competitiveness, efficient operation handling & scheduled execution with perfect integration of facilities and resources. 

Infrastructure

As Kuwait’s modernization accelerates, the realization of effective infrastructure and long-lasting edifices remains paramount to national development. Closely interrelated to such advances are contracting companies such as HOT Engineering & Construction Company (HOTECC), an organization that has diversified from its initial hydrocarbons focus to become a wide-reaching and valued infrastructural solutions provider today. It has a comprehensive team of highly skilled and experienced professionals to handle all aspects of road construction and landscaping services, including motorway construction and maintenance, suburban roads and landscaping including sub-base, base course and bituminous asphalt, road marking and signage, and bridge construction, maintenance and repair.

Building 

HOT Engineering & Construction has a comprehensive team of highly skilled and experienced professionals, our Building Division is capable of handling and executing a11 kind of building construction works. During a short period of time, HOTECC Building Division has been successfully classified by the Central Authority for Public Tenders as Grade I contractor for construction works.

The Building Division has executed several types of projects for government authorities & private sector, which includes high-rise buildings (commercial & residential) and rehabilitation of schools & hospitals.

ESD

HOTECC has established its Equipment Division with a vision to provide comprehensive engineered solutions to the logistics industry. HOTECC is one of the leading service providers in leasing of construction equipment in the Kuwait market with excellent quality of service.

Asphalt Plant 

HOTECC has its own Asphalt Batching Plant with a capacity of 200 tons of asphalt mix per hour located in Sulaibiya Industrial Area. The location of plant is preferably accessible to Kuwait City and other key locations of the country. The plant is batching type ,”DMI” brand of origin provided with dust collector (Bag Filtering System) meeting the environmental standards & requirements. The plant is approved by Kuwait Ministry of Public Works. The plant finishing laying crews are equipped by required finishing equipment in compliance with the highest standards and specifications.
