As Head of Learning at Anglo American, Jennifer leads Learning Strategy across the organization, and is responsible for design, rollout and continued expansion of the newly-formed Learning Ecosystem, designed to enhance workforce development and further solidify people as Anglo American’s largest strategic advantage. Jennifer has previously served as principal consultant for Learning Transformation initiatives in several global Fortune 100s in the aviation, oil and gas, mining, and healthcare industries. Prior to her consultancy work, Jennifer led a large Learning organization in the Oil and Gas space. Jennifer holds credentials as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and has both a MA in Curriculum & Instruction and a BS in Communication Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin. She and her husband live in Houston with their two young children.
