Former Director, Continuous Improvement Williams

Steve McIntosh is Founder and President of CI Results LLC, and the Former Director of Continuous Improvement at Williams Energy Company. He was the architect and leader of the Enterprise Continuous Improvement organization which had high impact on the organization’s safety mission and resulted in the identification and removal of over 1,600 in-service operational defects at facilities nationwide. Steve later led Williams Lean Transformation in which over 92% of leaders engaged. His “right-fit” approach to Lean implementation demonstrated how effectively Lean practices could be integrated into non-traditional manufacturing business areas and resulted in an organizational “pull” for Lean driven by a shared philosophy of Continuous Improvement and Respect for People.
