She has a passion for innovation and helps businesses embed an innovation culture within the workforce, creates processes and strategies that will result in purpose driven and tangible innovation output. Leveraging her cross sector expertise, she has a proven track record of creating product and commercial innovations across multiple fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) categories that have successfully built the business. Notably managing the front end innovation pipeline of a billion dollar franchise and created a new market segment within a commodity sector.
