Anne Vermillion Emberson serves as the Vice President of Digital for Ecolab’s Industrial Division, where she leads the delivery of digitally enabled, integrated operational solutions that help global customers strengthen sustainability and optimize performance. Her work centers on advancing the next generation of connected, data‑driven operations across complex industrial environments. With more than 25 years of experience spanning multiple industries, Anne brings a deep global perspective shaped by living and working around the world. Prior to joining Ecolab, she held senior roles at Microsoft and spent over a decade at Accenture in leadership positions leading and supporting transformation initiatives for Fortune Global 500 companies. Anne holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Oklahoma as well as advanced data science and analytics certifications from Northwestern University. Her expertise in digital manufacturing, industrial AI, and technology-enabled operational excellence has made her a frequent speaker at industry conferences and a trusted voice on the future of connected industrial work.
