Griselda Baca is the Director of Competency Assurance and Skills Transformation within the People Development organization at TechnipFMC. With more than 15 years of experience at the company, she has served in multiple technical and learning-focused roles, including maintenance engineer in Subsea Services and technical trainer for Surface Latin America. In her current role, Griselda leads efforts to strengthen technical training programs, develop robust skills frameworks, and ensure workforce competency across global operations.
