During my 35+ year career at 3M, I built a high performance operational technology strategy and team, worked in manufacturing operations, process development, product development, Lean Six Sigma and supply chain. In 2022, I formed Muilenburg Manufacturing Consulting LLC to advise, assist, and advance manufacturing operations, solve real problems and drive companies to excellence. I specialize in developing digital frontline strategies and specifically deploying digital/mobile training, onboarding, and improvement platforms.
