He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Networking & Systems Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity with a specialization in Cyber Operations from Utica University. His credentials include CISSP, CISM, CCNP (Security & Routing and Switching), CCDP, and CEH. Reynaldo began his career at Cisco Systems, where he led and consulted on complex global infrastructures across the Americas and Europe. This foundation shaped his ability to connect deep technical expertise with business outcomes, an approach that continues to define his leadership style. Throughout his career, spanning IT networking at Cisco, aviation at United Airlines, and now manufacturing at Cummins, he has focused on cybersecurity strategy, architecture, risk reduction, regulatory alignment, and secure digital transformation across highly complex and regulated environments. A passionate educator and thought leader, Reynaldo serves as an adjunct professor and advisory board member, helping shape the next generation of technology professionals.
