Reynaldo Gonzalez is a recognized cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience spanning networking, IT/OT security architecture, and enterprise cybersecurity. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Networking & Systems Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity with a specialization in Cyber Operations from Utica University. His credentials include CISSP, CISM, CCNP (Security & Routing and Switching), CCDP, and CEH. Reynaldo began his career at Cisco Systems, where he led and consulted on complex global infrastructures across the Americas and Europe. This foundation shaped his ability to connect deep technical expertise with business outcomes, an approach that continues to define his leadership style. Throughout his career, spanning IT networking at Cisco, aviation at United Airlines, and now manufacturing at Cummins, he has focused on cybersecurity strategy, architecture, risk reduction, regulatory alignment, and secure digital transformation across highly complex and regulated environments. A passionate educator and thought leader, Reynaldo serves as an adjunct professor and advisory board member, helping shape the next generation of technology professionals. He is a frequent industry speaker and published contributor on topics including cybersecurity strategy, AI, data protection, and the convergence of technology and risk. His leadership development includes participation in organizations with HITEC Emerging Executive Program, McKinsey Academy for Hispanic Leadership, Aviation-ISAC, and Auto-ISAC.
