Kuraray America, Inc.’s Richard Jackson is a highly experienced professional serving as a Turnaround Manager and Project Engineering Manager. Holding a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration, Jackson excels in various fields and is skilled in rotating equipment, static equipment, machining, and construction. He has audited and participated in multiple domestic and international turnarounds in locations including Japan, Germany, and Belgium.
Recently, Jackson successfully developed the turnaround stopgap process for the Kuraray EVAL business group and created a digitalized custom shutdown, turnaround, outage (STO) program. His extensive experience with multiple international turnarounds has driven the advancement of Kuraray’s STO processes for international and multicultural use. Jackson has played a critical role in the transformation and growth of the Kuraray turnaround group through his dedication to excellence and drive for innovation.
