Juliano Godoy is General Manager for Agile Enterprise Service at Phillips 66. Previously, Godoy served as Managing Director for Accenture from 2020 to 2023. At Accenture he was responsible to manage 3 delivery centers in the US, providing outsourcing services to Accenture’s clients and led a team of 2,000. Before joining Accenture, Godoy worked at The Kraft Heinz Company from 2013 to 2020, where he led organization restructuring projects, Global Business Services implementation and operations management, outsourcing and other cost reduction programs. He also served as General Manager for the Food Services Business Unit, overseeing a P&L of $ 1.2B. Godoy started his career in Brazil in the year 2001 as a management trainee for Anheuser Bush Inbev (ABI), where he held several roles in sales, finance and shared services and led a green field Shared services implementation for Marfrig from 2011 – 2013. Godoy earned a Bachelor of Economics Science degree from the University of Campinas – UNICAMP and his MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas – FGV.
