Senior Director, Digital Transformation Enterprise Change Readiness (ECR) Marathon Petroleum CompanyMargarita Panzer is an Air Force veteran with over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Manufacturing and Government industries. In that time, she has led teams across HR, IT, Commercial and Strategic planning with a heavy focus on customer success; played active roles in multiple large-scale divestitures and acquisitions and implemented numerous global business transformation solutions. She joined Marathon in 2023 and is responsible for establishing and leading the Enterprise Change Readiness (ECR) CoE, focusing on preparing and equipping the organization for lasting embedment of reimagined processes and new technology. Margarita is a Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner, received her Master’s of Science, Business degree from the University of Mary and Bachelor of Science, Business degree from the University of Maryland, University College
