Shauna Holmes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Marketing from Mount Royal University. She has been a dedicated employee of Artic Therm for over 11 years, contributing significantly in Business Development and Marketing. During this tenure, she successfully explored new opportunities in various industries and expanded the company's presence within the energy sector. Shauna deeply values the trust her clients place in her, and she consistently strives to surpass their expectations. Previously, she represented companies specializing in pipeline construction, wireline, matting, and road and lease construction within the energy industry.

Beyond her responsibilities at Artic Therm, Shauna has played a pivotal role in Calgary Women in Energy for over a decade. She served as the Director of Membership for 5 years and then took on the role of Director of Technical Education for 4 years, where she curated engaging speakers for the group's monthly meetings. This local organization, centered around energy, focuses on hosting insightful speakers, community outreach, and connecting dynamic women to empower one another.Currently serving as President for the past year, Shauna envisions expanding the organization to include a chapter in Edmonton and fostering increased engagement with students and universities during her tenure.

In her leisure time, Shauna enjoys hiking mountains in Kananaskis country with her dog, Peach, participating in bootcamp fitness classes with friends, or preparing healthy meals. She places great importance on volunteer work and actively engages in organizing golf tournaments, conferences, and events to raise funds for local charities.
