Adely Kassim is a Floating Solar Lead Engineer with extensive experience in the development and design of large-scale floating photovoltaic (FPV) projects across Southeast Asia. He has been involved in projects from early-stage feasibility through to detailed engineering, covering key aspects such as system layout optimization, anchoring and mooring design, and hydrodynamic assessments.

Adely has worked closely with international consultants, EPC contractors, and developers on utility-scale FPV projects, contributing to technical specifications, risk assessments, and engineering strategies for deployment in complex aquatic environments. His work focuses on addressing the challenges of scaling floating solar systems while ensuring structural reliability, performance, and long-term operability.
