Chen Feng serves as the Head of the Water Division at HSL Constructor Pte Ltd, spearheading water technology innovations and business development across Singapore and Asia. With 20 years of experience, he has successfully led diverse environmental infrastructure projects, including water resource management, water and wastewater treatment and reclamation, seawater desalination, waste-to-energy systems, and renewable energy solutions.

Chen Feng is a Chartered Engineer and holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Engineering.
