Senior Analyst Climate Policy Initiative

Harry Gembira is a Senior Analyst at Climate Policy Initiative (CPI) with extensive experience in energy transition, climate policy, and development planning. He has led and supported multidisciplinary projects ranging from green hydrogen assessments and concessional finance gap analyses to just transition pilots and municipal waste-to-resource models. Prior to CPI, Harry held roles in advisory, international development agencies, and government, where he developed expertise in energy modelling, policy analysis, and project structuring across sectors. He holds an MSc in Energy & Sustainability from the University of Southampton.
