From hands‑on offshore roles to senior leadership in the UK and Singapore, he has built deep expertise in site investigation, construction, asset management, and decommissioning across the full life‑of‑field. James has established and scaled regional survey businesses across Asia‑Pacific, delivering market entry strategies that secured contracts and expanded service offerings. Currently leading Sulmara in Asia‑Pacific, he drives market leadership in offshore wind through workforce development, strategic partnerships, and project delivery aligned with regional mandates and global innovation goals. He also served as Co‑Chair of the UK Renewables Committee in Taipei, fostering international collaboration and policy dialogue to advance renewable energy growth in the region.
