Nicolas Eyssallenne

Founder and CEO Karda One

Nicolas Eyssallenne is Chief Executive Officer of Karda One, a Singapore-based developer bringing next-generation geothermal energy to Southeast Asia, focused on delivering firm, clean power and cooling for the region's data centers and sovereign AI infrastructure. An industrial engineer by training (Concordia University, Montreal), he also holds a graduate diploma in Management of the Energy Sector from HEC Montréal. He began his career in industrial software with OSIsoft (now AVEVA part of Schneider Electric), working with oil and gas, mining, and utility operators across North America to manage and improve asset performance through operational data. He then led PowerGen Renewable Energy's expansion into West Africa, where he signed the first private minigrid concession in Benin and delivered minigrid and commercial and industrial power projects in Nigeria. He serves on the Council of the Malaysian Geothermal Association (MyGA).
