Member SNAMESRiccardo Barbiellini is the Director FST (SEAP) for Bureau Veritas Marine and Offshore based in Singapore. In his role, he leads the technical advisory services for maritime clients with a bespoke end-to-end service supporting them on their sustainability or digitalisation journey. He aims to help clients make better decisions, to be safer, more efficient, more environmentally friendly, and better informed. He has a diverse career with over ten years as an electrical engineer in the Royal Australian Air Force, and ten years in the energy and utilities sector leading sustainability, new technology, and innovation programmes.
