Sanket Bothra

Sanket Bothra is Regional Strategy & Investment Manager for TotalEnergies' Gas, Renewables and Power business in Asia Pacific, where he drives the growth of the company's distributed solar platform and leads strategic studies, investment evaluations, and market development initiatives across the region. With more than 15 years of experience spanning energy, renewables, chemicals, and infrastructure, he has played a key role in shaping growth strategies, advancing sustainability initiatives, and supporting major investment decisions across Asia.

Prior to his current role, Sanket led Retail Network Development for TotalEnergies across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Before joining TotalEnergies, he headed Corporate Strategy, Business Development, and Public Relations at ChemOne Group, helping secure long-term commercial partnerships while advancing ESG and decarbonization initiatives. He began his career with an eight-year tenure at Sembcorp Group, where he held leadership responsibilities across commercial, marketing, risk management, and corporate communications functions.
