Wey Lii Lee

Mr. Wey Lii Lee heads the digital arm of Seatrium, leading the company's digital transformation initiatives across its marine, offshore, and energy operations. He drives the adoption of advanced technologies—including digital twins, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled workflows, to enhance operational reliability, optimise maintenance strategies, and unlock value across complex offshore assets such as drilling rigs, FPSOs, floating wind platforms, and offshore substations. He plays a key role in developing next-generation digital platforms and services, bridging engineering excellence with cutting-edge digital innovation. With deep expertise in digital strategy, industrial AI, and asset lifecycle optimisation, he supports asset owners in moving toward smarter, data-driven, and remote-control operations. Prior to his current role, Mr. Lee has held several senior positions at Keppel Offshore & Marine and Keppel Digi Ltd, including General Manager of Digital Transformation and Senior General Manager of Digitalisation and New Businesses. Drawing on over 25 years of experience in the marine, offshore, and energy industries, including technology applications, new business commercialisation, and EPC project delivery, he brings a strong foundation to drive impactful digital initiatives. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.
