With over 25 years of experience in the IT sector, Mike Loos has navigated through a diverse array of roles and mastered multiple technologies. He started his career as a Software Developer, and demonstrated proficiency in a range of programming languages including ASP, Java, C#.NET, and JavaScript. This foundational period laid the groundwork for his subsequent advancement into the role of an Enterprise Architect. Mike then served as a Sales Engineer/Architect at leading companies such as Oracle, MuleSoft, and TetraScience. At TetraScience, leading to becoming Vice President of Sales Engineering. Opting to return to a hands-on technical role, Mike joined Glean as a Solutions Engineer, where he focuses on understanding the technical needs of their most strategic accounts.

Outside of work, his time is spent playing all kinds of sports, but he fully decompresses on the golf course. He is married to a beautiful woman of 20+ years and has 3 daughters ages 17, 15, and 11.
