Urvika Acharya leads the Quality and HSE function at Gentari India, driving strategic initiatives across Renewable Energy and Green Mobility. With over 23 years in the power and energy sector, she has extensive expertise in PV module manufacturing, construction, operations, and quality for over 3GW of solar, wind, and hybrid projects. Urvika is recognised for delivering operational excellence, reducing costs of poor quality, improving supplier performance, and enhancing plant reliability. Prior to Gentari, she held senior quality roles at Aditya Birla Renewables, Vikram Solar, and SB Energy India, where she led quality management across large-scale renewable energy portfolios.
