Capt. Gulati, a seasoned maritime leader with more than 20 years' experience and holds expertise in managing bulk carriers portfolio for commercial deployment. Skilled in strategy development, sustainability, and ESG implementation, he leads global teams and fosters collaborations with diverse stakeholders. As Head of Safety and Technical Operations at Anglo American Shipping, he oversees the safe transport of equity and third party volumes and spearheads a shipbuilding program for greener assets. With previous roles as Commercial Manager and Marine Manager, along with sailing experience, he brings a wealth of expertise. Capt. Gulati holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and actively contributes to organizations like Sea Cargo Charter and Global Maritime Forum.
