Holly Frankenfield is a strategic leader with 25 years of experience driving enterprise transformation, organizational change, and data-driven decision-making across the energy sector. She currently serves as Director of Land Administration at Vital Energy, where she leads initiatives to strengthen operational excellence, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration during a period of rapid growth and post-acquisition integration.
Previously, Holly built and led Vital Energy’s Enterprise Project Management Office & Data Excellence function aligning enterprise initiatives with corporate strategy and building frameworks for governance, performance tracking, and data stewardship. Her work established foundational standards for project execution, change management, and data stewardship—bridging the gap between systems, processes, and people.
Throughout her career, Holly has been recognized for transforming organizational culture and elevating business performance at leading energy companies including Chesapeake Energy, Equinor, and Anadarko Petroleum. She has guided complex system implementations, large-scale integrations, and organizational turnarounds—consistently delivering sustainable results with minimal business disruption.
A Prosci-certified change practitioner, Holly also holds certifications in Project Management (CAPM) and Division Order Analysis (CDOA) and has completed executive education through Harvard Business School and UC Berkeley.
