Her achievements include ~$6M in annual cost avoidance through a hydrocarbons furnace reliability predictive maintenance solution, leading the ground up build and rollout of a global asset hierarchy across 15 sites and 106 plants, and generating $5–8M in multi year savings by pioneering the digitization of engineering documentation and workflows. She also leads the team co innovating an Industrial Generative AI Assistant with Microsoft, shaping Responsible AI policy, and driving global data governance and management practices that make data analytics ready across the digital thread.
