She specializes in global business transformation, having established numerous Change Management Offices (CMOs) and currently leads Enterprise Change Readiness (ECR) CoE at Marathon Petroleum Corporation. Margarita holds a Master of Science from the University of Mary and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland.
