Margarita Panzer, a Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner and Air Force veteran, has over 20 years of experience in leading teams across HR, IT, Commercial, and Strategic Planning in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Manufacturing, and Government industries. She specializes in global business transformation, having established numerous Change Management Offices (CMOs) and currently leads Enterprise Change Readiness (ECR) CoE at Marathon Petroleum Corporation. Margarita holds a Master of Science from the University of Mary and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland.
