Bapco Energies is on a mission – embark on a business transformation journey to create a smarter, more agile and resilient organization. This successful transformation is shaped by three pillars: benchmarking, cost optimization and Lean methodologies, anchored by the Lean Academy. • Practical strategies for cost optimization while maintaining safety and operational integrity
    • How to empower frontline teams through Lean Academy training, secure manager buy-in and deliver projects with measurable returns, including results such-as world-class SMED Quick Changeover reduction from 13 minutes to just 2 seconds
