From ExxonMobil to Royal Dutch Shell, Rio Tinto, and beyond, Roman had the honor of learning from his customers while helping them solve complex challenges in project controls and contractor management.

Throughout his career, Roman has focused on transforming insights into impactful solutions—whether by creating an ROI calculator that became a flagship product, leading the evolution of myTrack, or spearheading the integration of AI into their software to drive the future of innovation.
