Commuting Tips:

Your Exhibition Booth

Step 1: Choosing your Exhibition Vendor

  • FPSO Network is partnering with Sunyau Expo to be our Official Exhibition Main Contractor. All exhibitors are recommended to engage them for their professional booth setups

  • For exhibitors that would like to engage in external exhibition vendors, please inform Jiwei at Jiwei.lim@sunyauexpo.com.sg before 31 July

The above images are visual references of past designs built by Sunyau Expo. You are flexible to customise the open areas, backdrops, furnitures, as well as any demonstration equipment you wish to bring onto the event. Step 3: Preparing for the Event

Exhibitor Passes

  • All exhibitors will be given a designated number of exhibitor passes

  • You will be required to register your team members that will be present at the event using the Sponsor Attendee Form which will be emailed to you. If you did not receive the email, please contact our Customer Service team @ cs@iqpc.com.sg

  • Registered attendees will receive a unique QR code 2 weeks before the event date. Upon arrival at the event venue on exhibition day, please proceed to our registration desk to scan your QR code to collect your badge

Delivery & Storage of Equipment / Exhibiting Materials

  • Exhibitors can engage our official Freight Forwarder: M&P International Freights for delivery and storage services of all equipment and materials needed

  • Delivery of exhibition materials (e.g. pull-up banners / flyers / demonstration equipments) to Singapore EXPO Hall 2B MUST be scheduled on the set-up day and not any earlier as there will be no storage space available. We will also not be able to store any items for you at our office venue.

Exhibition Set-up Day

  • Set-up Day: Tuesday, 10 September 2024

  • Exhibitors that have engaged Sunyau Expo are encouraged to arrive at the venue from 1500H onwards

  • If you are engaging in an External Contractor, please inform them to arrive at the venue from 1000H onwards

  • Entry passes are not required on set-up day

  • Booths will be ready for initial viewing at 1500H and exhibitors will be able to set-up your necessary AV / equipment

Step 4: Exhibition Day

Collection of Exhibitor Passes

  • Printing and collection of exhibitor passes begins at 0800H

  • Upon arrival, you may proceed to scan your QR code emailed to you to print your exhibitor passes

  • All exhibitors are required to display their exhibitor passes prominently in the event venue. Entry to the event venue without a valid exhibitor pass is not allowed

  • There is no need to re-print an exhibition pass for Day 2. You may use the same exhibitor pass to return to the exhibition hall

Speednetworking Session

  • The speednetworking session provides you with the opportunity to engage and network with participating delegates. All exhibitors are encouraged to participate

  • The session will commence before the AM break

  • Exhibitors are encouraged to bring along your business cards, and spread yourselves across the networking area to ensure a optimum networking experience

Step 5: Dismantling of Booth Post-Event

Exhibition Booths can be dismantled on Thursday, 12 September 2024, after 6 PM.

Areas of Access

  • Exhibitor passes have free access within the exhibition hall. You are free to meet and network with all delegates present at the event

  • The colour of your lanyard will determine the accessible areas

  • Exhibitors are also encouraged to network with delegates during session breaks and not be limited to your booth space

Lead Scanners

  • FPSO Network is partnering with our Registration Vendor, Gevme to provide lead scanners to optimise your networking experience

  • Delegates will have a unique QR code on their badge which can be scanned using your lead scanning device

  • Lead Scanners are an optional add-on. Exhibitors can also choose to connect with delegates via their business cards

Where is the event held and how can I get there?

World Offshore Week will be held at Hall 2B, Singapore Expo on 11 - 12 September 2024. For more information on how to get to the event venue, please refer to the Event Information at the top of the page

Where will my Exhibition Booth be placed? Am I allowed to request for a change in position?

Exhibitors will be able to choose their desired exhibition booth position upon confirming their participation. Booth selection is subject to availability. Please view our Exhibition Floorplan to find out the exact position of your booth. For any changes required, please contact Isha @ Isha.parikh@iqpc.com.sg

What designs can I have if I contract an external exhibition booth vendor instead of Sunyau Expo?

You are free to design your exhibition booth as you like, subject to the event venue's safety requirements. Do note that all exhibitors that intend to engage in an external vendor MUST inform Sunyau Expo. How do I know if I am registered for the event?

You will receive an email with a unique QR code prior to the event. The QR Code will allow you to print your exhibitor pass onsite. If you did not receive an email, please contact our Customer Service team at cs@iqpc.com.sg stating your name and your company. Our team will do a quick check on your registration status.

Am I allowed to internally swap the exhibitor passes between my team members?

All exhibitor passes are uniquely printed with your name, company, job title. Internal swapping is not allowed. If you wish to have more team members present, please purchase additional exhibitor passes via our Customer Service team at cs@iqpc.com.sg

Am I allowed to bring in an external F&B vendor to be stationed at my booth?

External F&B vendors are not allowed at the event venue. If you would like to include a F&B station at your booth, please contact Isha @ Isha.parikh@iqpc.com.sg to find out the options available.

If our booth has faulty furniture / equipment, who should i contact?

Please contact Jiwei from Sunyau Expo or inform any of FPSO Network's friendly team members and we will be assisting to get your faulty furniture replaced.

Exhibitor Warning (Please Read)

It has been brought to our attention that there have been a number of fraudulent companies targeting our sponsors and partners claiming to have access and offering to ‘sell’ our attendee data for a fee. Please note these companies are in no way affiliated with FPSO Network or World Offshore Week and do not have access to any of our attendee information. Whilst we are doing our best to try identify and stop these companies from targeting our event partners, this is unfortunately a reoccurring scam in the exhibition industry. FPSO Network would like to reassure all of our event partners that we do not sell our event attendee lists and any external company claiming to have access to this information is a fraudulent company. Should you receive any communication from an external company please disregard and do not attempt to purchase these lists as they will be incorrect and fabricated.
