it will be interesting to see how the Brazil story evolves as it's oil wealth increases - will they suffer the same fate as sub-saharan africa?

Interesting article. I think accountability and good governance together on the part of a country could also curb this problem. Considering scenarios where countries in the sub-saharan regions are all players, good governance will play a major role. In this scenario, Ghana a new entrant forinstance could be a blessing and not a curse. Of course time will also tell. Jessica
