In this exclusive interview for Oil & Gas IQ, we speak with Rudi Kleiber, CEO of Nordic Energy about what he esteems to be the key learnings for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures from his 36 year career in the oil and gas industry.

Rudi is a senior oil industry manager with a background in Petroleum Geology. After a long, successful career working for more than 24 years for large companies, i.e. Shell and Phillips, he has founded and managed as CEO two start-up E&P companies, Elko Energy Inc. which he grew from zero to a market cap of US $ 50 Million over a 2 year period, and more recently Nordic Energy Plc whose shares have been one of the fastest risers in early January, increasing from 1.5 pence to 7.75 pence. Rudi is the CEO of Nordic, and holds 20% of its shares.
