Adrian Lian

Adrian is a Director in ING’s Energy Sector team, based in Singapore.  He supports clients by acting as a Financial Advisor or Mandated Lead Arranger in raising project financing for their energy projects, including LNG/FSRU related projects.

Since joining ING in 2010 he has been involved in a number of notable lending and advisory transactions in the region.  More recently, he was Financial Advisor on the Jawa 1 Integrated LNG-to-Power Project which achieved financial close in December 2017. This landmark project includes a 170,000m3 FSRU that is to be constructed and deployed as part of an integrated 1,760MW power project in Indonesia.

Adrian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore. He also qualified as a Chartered Accountant whilst previously working at KPMG and Ernst & Young.
