Margaret Kaigh Doyle heads up Transparensea Fuels’ Alternative Fuels Program, T-Sea Green . Doyle has spent three decades working in the maritime and energy sectors. She served four terms as an appointed member of the US Coast Guard Chemical Transportation Advisory Committee (CTAC). Doyle continues to participate on several Delegation to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) most recently on GHG Reductions from Ships. Doyle is a graduate of the on American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA) Professional Port Manager (PPM) program. In 2021 she founded the non-profit Port Vision 50 an organization whose mission is to raise awareness of the international decarbonization mandates that will affect North American ports. She is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and holds advanced degrees in engineering from The George Washington and Pennsylvania State Universities.
