A technical and commercial manager with deep international energy sector experience, Roger specializes in commercial negotiations, asset optimization, and joint venture alignment. He leads critical initiatives across LNG sales, project financing, and multi-party stakeholder interfaces. Committed to advancing industry standards, Roger lends his expertise to the SPE Asia Pacific Regional Technical Advisory Committee.
