Amanda Bush is a leader in the midstream oil & gas industry, where she is has had over 10 years of experience with Texon LP. Initially focusing on environmental compliance, her role has expanded to developing processes and strategies that drive operational excellence across the organization. She is responsible for providing stewardship to ensure safe operations and asset reliability. She works closely with other departments such as risk, engineering, marketing, finance and IT to develop strategies that will improve efficiency of current operations. She represents Texon operations in their JV partnerships mitigating risks and data driven optimization of assets, including capital expenditure decision making. Furthermore, she serves as a board member on three subsidiary company boards, participating in a governance role to protect people, the environment and assuring the integrity of operations while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
