Cody Eslick

Cody began his career working on the service side in slickline, production testing, and flowback, which taught him the importance of grit, adaptability, and understanding the work from the ground up. Over time, Cody transitioned into the upstream side of the business and took on roles that bridge operations and technology, and today he serves on the corporate side with Scout Energy Partners, focusing on aligning people, processes, and technology to drive sustainable impact. A core part of his journey has been training thousands of individuals on new systems and processes, helping them see value, build skills, and take ownership of their work. At the heart of his work is fostering collaboration between the field and corporate teams to ensure decisions are grounded in reality. Even after 17 years, Cody remains energized by the opportunity to evolve, drive operational excellence, and help prepare the next generation of leaders in our industry.
