Executive Director, Former Vice President, Project Resource, Chevron Project Production Institute

Gary joined PPI with over 43 years of experience in all aspects of capital project development and execution across downstream, chemicals and upstream in Chevron. At Chevron’s Project Resources Company, he was responsible for Chevron’s project management system, a supporting team of subject matter experts, an early concept development group and Chevron’s decision analysis function. At PPI Gary is leading the organization’s effort to enhance value Engineering and Construction provides to society using the methods of Project Production Management and its underlying operations science.
