Main Conference Day Two - November 6

2:30 PM Case Study: Noble Corporation’s Roadmap to Rig Decarbonization

In today's operating environment, maintaining momentum in decarbonization initiatives is crucial. Noble Corporation's new energy policy aims to reduce GHG emissions, enhance energy efficiency, and integrate renewable energy sources across their operations.

Central to this strategy is the deployment of Energy Efficiency Insight Software (EEI) on all 29 of their active rigs. This software provides continuous energy insights from power sensors and flowmeters, offering comprehensive visibility into energy consumption and performance indicators. As Jens and Irfan say, “what we can measure, we can improve.”

Noble Corporation's 360-degree, holistic approach to decarbonization ensures it remains a strategic focus within their sustainability framework. But success hinges on employee engagement and fostering a collaborative culture. This case study explores how EnergyWise supports this comprehensive approach to managing the human aspect of the policy.
