Tavia has been with Chevron for nearly 15 years and has held various roles in engineering as well as process mining. She is also an advocate for the power of data and community building, having served as a Houston Chapter lead for Women in Data. With a background that blends technology leadership and strategic execution, Tavia helps achieve efficiencies and drive business decisions.
