Tavia Prouhet is the Delivery Lead for Process Simplification at Chevron, a global energy company. She is focused on driving simplification of enterprise-wide processes to unlock financial value and elevate enterprise performance. She partners with senior leaders to scale impactful solutions that accelerate outcomes and leads a fast-paced program prioritizing and resourcing high-value opportunities to deliver measurable results.

Tavia has been with Chevron for nearly 15 years and has held various roles in engineering as well as process mining. She is also an advocate for the power of data and community building, having served as a Houston Chapter lead for Women in Data. With a background that blends technology leadership and strategic execution, Tavia helps achieve efficiencies and drive business decisions.
