Yasmin Gutierrez is a learning & development leader with over 15 years of experience. She is currently the Director of Culture & Capability Enablement at Phillips 66, a prominent energy company in the oil and gas industry. She leads teams focused on evaluation, learning experience design, and technology strategy, driving measurable outcomes, operational efficiency, and scalable value across the organization. Yasmin holds a master’s degree in management with a concentration in strategic management and innovation from Harvard University. She is also certified in Prosci’s change management. Her contributions to the field include serving as a member of the Association of Talent Development Forum Advisory Group (2023-2024) and frequently speaking at talent development events.
