Yasmin Gutierrez is a learning and development leader with more than 18 years of experience designing and scaling talent, learning, and capability strategies that strengthen both people and business performance. At Phillips 66, she serves as Senior Manager of Culture & Capability Enablement, leading teams focused on internal enablement, learning experience design, evaluation, and technology strategy. She holds a master's degree in management with a concentration in strategic management and innovation from Harvard University and is certified in Prosci change management. Her contributions to the field include serving as a member of the Association of Talent Development (ATD) Forum Advisory Group (2023-2024), co-lead of the Forum AI Cohort, and frequently speaking at talent development events.
