Manuel Soudant, Senior Counsel, Shell International, speaks about systems to monitor records. He discusses the guidelines that are needed to keep and maintain records. This new system was put in place to replace the former document keeping system. A system such as this is necessary for risk purposes and to have a license to operate, for example, to put a pipeline down. Soudant goes over the benefits of these record systems. This session was recorded at the 2010 Internal and Regulatory Investigations for Oil and Gas conference.
