Aaron Perez exemplifies the fusion of user design, with the rigor of process discipline, integrated with data proficiency and strategic perspective to lead, develop and transform organizations across multiple industries, of varying sizes – including Fortune 50. He serves as the Senior Director of Business Transformation overseeing Enterprise Business Intelligence and Data Visualization at Delek US. With nearly 20 years in the data, process excellence, and operations fields, his impact places emphasis on strategic results in the operational planning and execution of innovation, technology, and digital transformation efforts. His expertise in providing data insights, process improvements, and business efficiencies have produced a broad portfolio of data-driven systems, applications, and products, data fusion dashboards, business management systems, digital workflows, process automations and improvements which have supported organizations within the Energy, Telecommunications, Banking, and Insurance industries. With over 100 data products and digital processes developed for Delek US, he is part of the DelekTech team that is transforming, revolutionizing, and digitizing (digitalizing) the way the business operates, across the entire enterprise. Aaron holds an Undergraduate degree in Information Systems and a Master degree in Business Administration. He is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, and Agile Product Owner certified. During his free time, Aaron serves as a Board Member and Executive Director for several non-profit organizations.
